Communicate was established in February 2004 as there was clearly a gap in the market for an agency that went against the trend of merely "wholesaling" CV's at vacancies in the hope that one would match.
Our consultants understand what our candidates actually do and what each vacancy requires from the candidate. It may be reporting or commercial and we understand the difference.
Our personal approach means getting to know our candidates as we believe the personality fit is as important as the actual skills!
