Communicate announces appointment of Internal Recruitment & Training Manager

Communicate, specialists in placing mid-to-senior Finance, Treasury and Corporate Strategy professionals into commerce & industry and consulting firms, is delighted to announce the appointment of Paul Ruffley as Internal Recruitment & Training Manager. Paul will be responsible for the ongoing induction/internal training of new graduate recruits and implementing a training scheme for existing staff. Paul previously worked at SThree, where he was responsible for training and development, focusing on their leaders and future leaders to help them effectively manage and develop their teams.

Lucy has over 11 years Finance recruitment experience incorporating success at Consultant, Manager and Associate Director level at some of the best known Finance recruitment brands. Following graduation at Liverpool University, Lucy joined the Michael Page Finance Graduate Scheme where she quickly became a top performer. A management role at Hudson and latterly Associate Director at Advantage Professional in the last 3 years (formerly known as FSS) then followed. In her role there, she was a manager of a large team of consultants across numerous offices. Lucy has experience of leading multi site teams whilst winning business and generating revenue through personal billings - she is a seasoned recruiter of qualified Finance professionals from newly qualified to CFO level.

By what has changed, e.g. introducing a new search facility, the new site will make it easier for candidates to search jobs and now delivers RSS feeds announcing new vacancies. The website will publish salary surveys and will provide candidates with the latest news on Communicate’'s regular client networking events and breakfast briefings. Visitors to the website will also be able to read articles written by Thomas de Freitas, Director of Treasury Recruitment at Communicate, published for The Treasurer magazine (ACT).
