Job description:

Exciting opportunity for a newly qualified finance professional to join this unique business in a high profile, business facing role. Reporting to the Group Financial Controller and Financial Director, responsibilities include:

• Support the production of the month end management accounts
• Maintenance of project and WIP chart; liaising with project managers and management; reviewing WIP on a monthly basis.
• Provide project analysis & performance statistics reporting on project profitability; flagging potential shortfalls and reserve requirements; compare budgeted margin with actual and out-turn margin
• Covering for Financial Controller as required
• Ensuring dashboard reports are both accurate & on time

The successful candidate will be a finalist level or newly Qualified Accountant with demonstrable management accounting experience and confidence in communicating with project managers and senior management on a daily basis. WIP accounting knowledge is highly desirable.
