About Communicate

Communicate was established in late 2004 and has since grown into a niche recruitment business that specialises in six areas: Core Finance, Tax, Treasury, Audit, Compliance and Senior Appointments.

Our consultants are experts in recruiting positions with salaries between £45,000 and £200,000 per annum, covering permanent and interim vacancies for FTSE 100, blue chip companies and fast growing SMEs. We recruit across a wide range of industries including finance, telecoms, media, property, healthcare, retail, pharmaceuticals, mining and construction.

Our USP is that the majority of candidates that we place are either referred or headhunted and not necessarily active on the market or working with other agencies. This, therefore, means we have access to a unique pool of talent that our competitors (who often rely on job boards) don’t, giving us the advantage when it comes to finding the best candidates for roles.

Our recruitment methodology is unique; each desk has a team of dedicated consultants and resourcers who continuously map out the market and as such have an in-depth knowledge of their specialist industries. We prioritise growing our candidate network, because this combined with our USP allows us to provide our clients with tailored recruitment solutions and fill vacancies at speed without compromising on quality.
