With a collective 30+ years of treasury recruitment experience, the team has successfully executed mandates ranging from permanent FTSE 100 Group Treasurers to Interim Treasury consultants who set up functions from scratch.
Typical roles hired include ACA Treasury Accountants, Heads of Treasury, Treasury Managers and, more recently, Treasury Systems experts. With a rise in the use of Treasury Management Systems, the majority of established businesses are in the process of implementing, upgrading or configuring TMS – the team have close relationships with experts on multiple systems who they often place on a project basis. The team’s time is equally split between permanent and interim recruitment, recognising the variety in clients’ demands from quickly addressing ‘low hanging fruit’ to shifting businesses commercial focus and driving transformation agendas.
The team cover a variety of sectors, predominantly within C&I and the advisory space. Typical live roles will be within construction and real estate, FMCG, media, retail, commodities, energy, telco, insurance, fintech, treasury advisory firms and Big 4 firms. Most roles are from established PSL relationships (including across Big 4), within FTSE-100, FTSE-250, Fortune-500 and private businesses, with the occasional appointment of ‘one-off’s for greenfield roles.
