An opportunity has arisen for an accomplished Finance Analyst with detailed knowledge of the FMCG sector to assume a newly created position in the Group function of a multinational organisation. The Senior Group FP&A Analyst will play a lead role in the preparation and delivery of highly quality, timely, accurate and insightful performance reporting to guide and drive Group performance.
Reporting into the Group FP&A Director, responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:
• Drive key business performance activities such as Annual Operating Plan, Forecast, Actuals, etc;
• Create and build complex finance models which showcase relevant and meaningful scenarios;
• Create insight driven numerical and written reports (including the CFO report) and analysis to complement Board and ExCo performance reporting;
• Collaborate with FP&A teams across all business divisions in various locations, developing progressively strong working to ensure commercially informed and insightful reporting.
This role will be well-suited to an individual who has prior knowledge of the FMCG sector and, as such, an understanding of Supply Chain processes and gross margin analysis. Candidates will have recently qualified (likely CIMA or ACCA) and have demonstrable experience in an international, multi-currency environment. This role will offer the post-holder board-level exposure from day one and the opportunity to progress quickly.
