Hannah Parmar heads up Communicate’s Treasury offering, and since 2019 has embedded herself in the market to be a “go-to” Treasury Recruiter for many of the leading corporate treasury, advisory and banking functions. Hannah leads a team of three, specialising in senior appointments across both permanent and interim treasury hires spanning commerce and industry, and financial services.

Hannah has extensive experience of placing qualified Treasury individuals into a variety of positions, from Group Treasurer and Head of Treasury, to Senior Treasury Managers, to TMS Implementation experts and more Technical Treasury Accountant focused positions. She leads a team that covers Treasury Analyst, Treasury Advisor and Treasury Manager level hires. Hannah is well-networked in the Treasury market, predominantly London-based but also experienced in the regions.

She takes a long-term approach and often recruits niche positions on an exclusive or retained positions, with many of her candidates being long-term contacts that aren’t actively looking. Her candidates are often referrals and are always well-qualified.
