We are working with a leading luxury retailer experiencing strong organic growth. As a well-established and respected brand, both through their own D2C sales and through their partnerships. We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Commercial Finance to assist in the growth strategy.
As the Director of Commercial Finance, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial direction of business. Reporting directly to the CFO you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the commercial finance function and ensuring its alignment with the growth strategy and financial objectives. Day to day:
• Business partnering.
• Sales and Operations Planning
• Tracking and reporting of key business KPIs
• Management of pricing and promotional activities
• Budgeting and forecasting: Ownership of annual budget process, 3-year plan, reforecasts and tracking performance against these
• Business Case Financial Modelling
Qualifications/Experience Required:
- CIMA/ACA qualified with significant PQE in a business partnering/commercial finance role
- Retail experience is essential, luxury is desirable
- A real team player, who is motivated by mentoring, leading and creating a first class commercial finance function
