A unique opportunity has arisen for a practice-trained accountant to assume a high profile role within the group finance team of a successful PLC based in Oxfordshire. Reporting into a dynamic Group FC, this is an opportunity offering the successful candidate exposure to an array of different projects and responsibilities.
This role will likely suit someone making their first move from practice into industry. Candidates will have trained in a large to mid-tier firm, with experience of auditing group entities. They will have strong knowledge of IFRS and other accounting standards, and an appetite to learn and develop in their career.
The business is highly acquisitive and the successful candidate will be afforded exposure to accounting for acquisitions and involved in subsequent integrations. The business are based in great offices in Oxfordshire and operate a hybrid working model; they’re in the office c. two times per week.
