Communicate are supporting a Luxury International Retailer, on their search for a Fixed Asset Lead. This is an integral role that will further assist in the direction of the business. You will be responsible for a team of 5, leading them and supporting their development.
What you will be doing:
• Own the Fixed Asset Accounting process for the UK entity, and supporting the EMEA team on an ad hoc basis
• Responsible for IFRS 16 reporting
• Business Partner with finance stakeholders to drive continuous improvement to the Group
• Lead the fixed asset month end process and assist with the audit requirements – key contact for auditors
What we are looking for:
• Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
• Must have previous experience working with fixed assets
• Previous management experience ideal
• Must have strong knowledge of IFRS 16
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
