A well-known, FTSE 250, Real Estate business are looking for a Head of Treasury to lead the function through a period of transformation.
The business are rewriting Treasury policies and updating processes and so are looking for a specialist who has experience of either creating or updating an entire function. The successful candidate will have the autonomy to make decisions on key Treasury matters so would need to be someone confident to make the final decision.
The company are also looking to implement a TMS so prior experience with that would be very helpful.
Responsibilities:
• Rewriting/Writing new Treasury policies and creating meaningful KPIs to monitor their success
• Implementing/developing processes – eg. Cash management/forecasting etc. •
Maintain and improve relationships with banks and administrate banking systems
• Be a key part in start to finish implementation of a TMS
Requirements:
• AMCT OR Accounting Qualification
• Experience in creating/modernising a Treasury function
• Involvement in the implementation of a TMS
• Knowledge across all of finance and how Treasury interacts with different teams
• Substantial Treasury Management experience
