£400 p/day Inside IR35
Communicate are collaborating with a high growth real estate client as they look to bring on an Interim Statutory Accountant for 3- 6 months.
The business is looking to grow into new markets in the next 12 months and there are a host of exciting projects on the horizon.
Key requirements;
- A qualified accountant, preferably from Practice due to the technical accounting aspects of the role
- Strong technical accounting - IFRS
The role;
- Assist the established Finance team with the preparation and of group statutory accounts, including the consolidated group and subsidiaries financial statements
- Remapping of trial balance to statutory account headings
Hybrid working out of the Central London office / Day Rate, paid weekly.
• Working closely with the external audit team to ensure the delivery of the statutory accounts within the timeline agreed
• Ad-hoc projects including a system implementation, data cleanse and process improvements
